2. Clients expecting on-site support from ESW will continue to have support made available, as usual.
This expectation has been communicated to our staff in order to ensure you have the continued support from our experts at ESW.
3. ESW will follow the guidance and instructions of clients for on-site visits.
If clients choose to cancel or postpone visits from our personnel, we will follow that instruction.
4. ESW will be taking measures to provide remote support to all clients, as much as possible.
ESW will work with our clients to look for ways to complete support/maintenance tasks where on-site support is postponed or cancelled.
